Returns and Refunds Policy

At Viñales Luxury Suites, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and for that reason, we offer different cancellation policies to meet your needs. Below, we detail our return and refund policy conditions.

Pricing Options and Cancellation Policy

During the reservation process, you will be able to choose between two types of rates:

  1. Refundable Rate
    • If you select this option, you will be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable fees applied by the payment method selected. These fees vary depending on the payment method used and cannot be refunded as they are generated as part of the transaction process.
    • To request a cancellation and receive the corresponding refund, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
    • Cancellation requests received after the established period or within 7 days of your arrival will not be eligible for any refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Rate
    • If you choose this option, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, and no refund will be possible in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason.
    • Cancellations or modifications of a reservation under this rate are not eligible for any refund or future credit.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria outlined for the refundable rate, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service team at bookings@vinalesluxurysuites.com or calling +1 (561) 568-8753. Please include your reservation details and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed by us within 10 business days after receiving your request. Please note that additional time may be required by your payment provider or bank to reflect the refund in your account.

Payment Methods and Fees

Please note that all refunds are subject to non-refundable fees, which vary depending on the payment method used. Payment methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards: Fees applied by the card provider will not be refundable.
  • PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash App: Transaction fees charged by these platforms will not be refunded.
  • Other payment methods may incur additional fees based on the policies of the service providers. Specific fees will be communicated during the refund process, as applicable.

These fees are automatically applied when processing the refund and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice, to comply with regulatory changes or for business reasons. The updated version will always be available on our website.
